Alejandro Lovera Revolutionizes the Construction Industry Through Many Build INC.

Sometimes, the simplest of ideas could have the most significant impact and disrupt an industry. For example, the world of construction and real estate is experiencing one of the most meaningful and positive changes in recent years, thanks to a simple yet innovative startup: ManyBuild Inc.

The venture is a brainchild of third-generation builder, real estate developer Alejandro Daniel Lovera, and co-founders Stefan Norton and Peter Taggart.

Growing up in a family of contractors and architects has given Alejandro an edge. His early exposure to real estate development and the construction business as a licensed general contractor has allowed him to learn a great deal about the trade from a young age. In turn, he was able to see and identify the gaps in the industry, which he plans to find solutions for.

Currently based in Denver, Colorado, he co-owns the construction company Ikon Construction, which he started together with Dan O’Brien an industry veteran who comes from working with notable Colorado construction companies such as Hyder Construction, and Fulcrum. Together they have impressively scaled the business and have completed over $400,000 worth of successful construction contracts for nationwide corporate clients, over $550,000 worth of residential remodels for homeowners, and have raised a total of $6,900,000 since launching their construction company back in March, 2020 at the peak of the pandemic. They also purchased back in April of 2021 their first shovel-ready 6-unit new construction development that will have a total resale value of $3,400,000 upon completion.

ManyBuild Inc. was created with the goal of driving inclusive prosperity in the construction industry. Alejandro, together with his co-founders Stefan Norton, COO and Peter Taggart, Director of Engineering, launched a mobile application that allows skilled laborers and professionals in construction to connect more easily.

The revolutionary mobile app is one of the first of its kind and is available both on Google Play Store and the App Store. The founders have cleverly dubbed it the “Tinder of Construction” due to its ability to swipe right/left and get matched with skilled contractors in the area.

Once matched, contractors can do numerous tasks such as starting a conversation, scheduling a site visit, submitting an estimate, signing contracts, and processing payments, all within the same chat.

But perhaps one of the most crucial features of the application is its ability to translate conversations from English to Spanish and vice versa, depending on each user’s language settings. As a result, the translate option has remarkably increased the company’s customer engagement over time and allows builders to connect with a lot larger pool of skilled contractors.

This forward thinking is what sets Many Build Inc. apart from the competition. It has made its mark as a company that provides innovative ideas and practical approaches to modern-day challenges in the construction industry.
